Our Far Infrared sauna combine the beneficial infrared rays with the therapeutic beauty of visible light.

Come in and light your inner flame

Please note:
You are required to sit on a towel when coming in for a Far Infrared Sauna session.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE TOWELS.
We ask that you bring 2 WHITE 100% COTTON TOWELS with you for your visit,
or RENT one from us for $2 each.

Please wear comfortable clothes or swimwear-- less is better, for greater heat exposure.
NO OILS OR LOTION.

The key to successful sauna therapy and pleasant detoxing is: HYDRATION,
HYDRATION, HYDRATION! It is also important to drink coconut water while in the sauna.
Please drink 10 oz of water one hour BEFORE, DURING & AFTER using the sauna 
as well as before and after using the Migun Bed.

For best results, do not eat two hours before session.
